By purchasing this event package you agree to the following Terms and Conditions
Date of Event: Friday July 27th, 2012 – Saturday July 29th, 2012 (Come Early on Thursday 26th Special Pricing)

21+ Event – ID’s will be checked when you arrive.
Couples must arrive together. (Singles must call for availability and pricing)
Wristbands will be provided at check – in. Wristbands are required to be worn at all times. If you lose your wristband, contact security.
The Lodge will be clothing optional during the entire event, with the exception of: NO Nudity is allowed in the lobby, restaurant, main
bar, and parking lot and outside BBQ area. Please respect the posted signs informing you of the areas where clothing optional is permitted.
The Lodge Bar and the Cliff Hangar Restaurant will be open during the event for purchasing food (breakfast and dinner), beverages and
alcohol.
Group Happy Hour 4 - 6 pm Friday and Sunday in the bar. Come meet your friends for social time
The restaurant and bar area operate on a cash basis – credit cards or cash are accepted and payable at the time of service. No tabs will be
permitted.
ABSOLUTELY NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOL is permitted in the bar, restaurant or pool areas. All drinks must be consumed in these areas.
Outside Alcohol is permitted in your room. Some rooms come with mini-refrigerators (Efficiency rooms). All outside alcohol must be
consumed in your room.
Standard and Efficiency rooms are supplied with linens. The bathrooms are supplied with trial size soap, shampoo and towels. There are no
hairdryers.
Efficiency rooms are supplied with a mini-refrigerator, a 2 burner cook top or microwave and sink. You will need to provide your own
food, condiments, cookware, plates and utensils.
Rooms are assigned on a first come first serve basis. If the room category is not available at the time of deposit, you will be contacted and
informed of the available rooms prior to a reservation being made.
Excursions: These are optional and not included in the event package price.
No photography is allowed at anytime if any persons present are topless or nude. Camera’s and cell phones are NOT allowed at
anytime in the playrooms.
Smoking is NOT allowed except in designated smoking rooms, and designated smoking areas outside the facility. There is a $500 fine if
a guest is found smoking in a non-smoking room.
Credit/Debit Card: most be presented at check in for incidentals
Remaining balance due 45 days prior to event.
Cancellation details: Cancellations must be in writing to Exotic Swing Parties:
60 day or more prior to event - No penalty (May 28, 2012)
59 – 45 days prior to event - $100 per room penalty (June 12, 2012)
46 – 30 days prior to event - $200 per room penalty (June 27, 2012)
29 – 0 days prior to event – 100% penalty – no refund (June 28, 2012)
Weather impact on Travel: Exotic Swing Parties has no control over the weather and therefore are not responsible for it. If your travel to an
Exotic Swing Parties Event is impeded in any way, it is your responsibility.
